Can I purchase gear from your store in person?

Absolutely! We have authorized partners who sell our gear all over the world! Check out our store locator on the site to see if there's one near you. One thing to note is that we allow our rad partners to choose what gear they want to sell in their store, so it's always a good idea to call them beforehand and see if they have the item you're looking for in stock. If they don't, tell them to request it! We're constantly working with our partners to make sure they have the gear our amazing customers want.

Is your Amazon shop an Authorized Retailer?

Absolutely! We love your support wherever you want to purchase. Just make sure it's our official Amazon shop. Unfortunately there are a few copycats out there that pop up occasionally! I guess imitation is the best form of flattery? Either way, if you have any issues at all with your order from Amazon, please contact them within 30 days and they'll be able to set up a return etc.

What if I have a problem with my gear purchased from an authorized retailer?

Any gear purchased from an authorized retailer should be returned to them within 30 days of purchase. We're unable to process any returns or exchanges through our site for items purchased in store.

Do I still have the Wander More Worry Less Warranty if I purchase from an authorized retailer instead of online?

Absolutely! Just make sure to keep a full copy of your receipt if you ever need to submit a warranty claim! We're unable to honor any claims submitted without a receipt from the retailer showing the retailers name and what you purchased. If you need another receipt, we recommend contacting the store to see if they're able to get you a second copy.

What's the benefit of buying in store versus online?

Being able to touch, try and see the gear in person is always a rad experience! You can check it out in person and see if it'll be completely compatible with your camera gear, etc! Another benefit is if you're located in a country that charges high import fees, it may even save you a bit of money!
