Returns and Exchanges
Does WANDRD accept returns and exchanges?
Yes we do! With the exception of items marked final sale in checkout, any order placed less than 30 days ago can be returned or exchanged! As long as the gear is in like-new condition, with all tags and packaging in place, you can set up a return or exchange by following the "Returns or Exchanges" link at the bottom of our site! Please note that we are unable to make exceptions to return or exchange orders that are past 30 days from the date of purchase.
How long does a return or exchange take?
Once you ship the item back and it arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 15 days to inspect and approve the return of your item. (Usually much less) If you've selected a return for your item, you'll be refunded to the payment method of your choice at that point. If you've selected an exchange, your new order will be submitted the moment the original is accepted and usually ships out in a few business days! Once the exchange ships, you'll get an automated email with tracking information!
Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?
Yes. For USA orders within the regional 48 states, we're able to provide you a discounted return label, which simply is deducted from the total refund. (The cost will vary depend on region, but will normally be about $10.) However, for orders shipped outside of the USA, we aren't able to provide a return label. The good thing about this though, is that you're free to choose any carrier you would like to ship the item back! Simply put the return authorization form you get from setting up a return inside the box and ship it back to us! Once the warehouse receives it, they'll accept it and you'll get refunded for the item!
