Cancellations and Order Changes


How do I cancel my order?

Once you place a new order, you're able to submit a cancellation within one hour of purchase by clicking on the "View Your Order" link from your order confirmation email. Please note that after one hour, our support team is happy to reach out to the warehouse to see if they're able to cancel it, but often times they work so quickly to box up your shipment and place it on a truck that it may be too far into the process. If that's the case, you can still set up a return or exchange once the item arrives to your home!


I clicked edit to change something on my order, but it cancelled my order. What gives?

If you choose to edit your order within the one hour purchase window, the automated system completely cancels and refunds your order to allow you to start fresh! This includes if you wanted to add, subtract an item or change the address/payment method on your order. The reason for this is so that we can guarantee any changes you need will go through. We're unable to edit anything on your order after it's submitted, but by cancelling and re-ordering, you never have to wonder or worry about if a color change, address change etc actually went through or not!
