Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Any order from WANDRD ships from one of our warehouses within 2-3 Business Days. We value our employees work-life balance too much to have them all working around the clock, so our warehouse is closed on the weekends as well as major holidays.

The moment your order gets a tracking number assigned to it and it's placed on a carriers truck, you'll get an automated email stating so with a tracking link to be able to follow it on the way to your home! Shipping can vary widely depending on location, but it usually doesn't take more than 4-7 business days for USA or EU orders, and up to 10-12 business days for International orders. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. If you have a major event, birthday or trip coming up, we recommend ordering early to make sure your rad new gear arrives in time!

What carrier will you use to ship my order?

You'll always see which carrier that's going to be used at checkout, but we primarily use FedEx, UPS and DPD. Regardless of the carrier, we always make sure to send you a tracking number the moment it ships! Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking labels to begin updating once the package is handed to the carrier.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

If you would like to ship to a PO Box, please reach out to us beforehand so we can make arrangements for that! If your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx, they will most likely refuse to deliver it to a USPS PO Box, so you'll need to ask them to hold it at their local hub for you to pick up instead. As we obviously want you to avoid having to do that, please reach out to us before you place your order so we can try and ship your gear via USPS instead! We can't make this change afterwards.

Do you offer Expedited shipping?

In some regions, yes! It will be an available option in checkout if we are able to offer it to your area. Please note that the estimated date in checkout is still an estimate, and while they're very rare—accidents and delays in transit can still happen. These are out of our control, but we always do our very best to package and ship items as quickly as possible. We also make sure to send you a tracking number the moment your order ships for you to track as well!

Do you ship to my country?

We try to ship to as many countries as possible and are always adding more, but there are still a few places we're unable to ship to at the moment. The best way to know if we ship to your country is to enter your address in checkout! If for some reason we're unable to ship to your country, we'd recommend using a freight forwarding service of your choice. Another option is to check out our store locator to see if there's any Authorized Retailers near you!

My item says delivered, but I don't have it. What gives?

Fortunately this is an extremely rare situation, but we find that most of the times the tracking says this, the item still arrives within the day, or even the next few days! Please check around any other doors it could've been delivered to, with your neighbors or at the front desk/lobby of your building.

In this situation we've also seen carriers accidentally mis-scan packages delivered when they're actually still out for delivery or at the local hub. If three days goes by and you still don't have your package or it's been stolen, please contact us and we'll help you out with next steps!

Delivery Insurance

We've partnered with the company, Order Protection as an add-on option in checkout to protect your package while in transit in case anything ever goes wrong! While it's obviously rare to have anything bad happen in shipping, it's always a good peace of mind to have that added insurance just in case. If anything at all goes wrong with the delivery of your order, you can easily file a claim with them and be reimbursed or have a new order placed!

If you would like to opt out of the protection of your order, you can unselect it during checkout, but for the few bucks extra, it adds total peace of mind that if anything happens, you can reach out to them and you'll be totally covered!
